Once that window ends, you abstain from eating anything until the next scheduled window. For instance, a popular approach is to fast for 16 hours and have an 8-hour eating window every day.

MyFast supports various fasting diets including Lean Gains (16/8), 5:2 (eating normally for 5 days and fasting for 2), The Warrior Diet (20/4), Full Day or Alternate Day Diet (24/0 or every other day), and any other custom zero-calorie fasting plan you can conceive.

You can use the basic features of MyFast for free, but there is also an option to subscribe and unlock premium features. Subscriptions renew automatically and are charged to your iTunes Account. To prevent auto-renewal, simply disable it at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings following the purchase.
